Distinguish between "feature path not found" exceptions and other IllegalArgumentExceptions exceptions, when loading feature files based on a rerun file.

When feature file is not found on the file system, this will cause an
IllegalArgumentException("Not a file of directory"). HoweverIllegalArgumentExceptioncan also occur for other reasons during the feature loading process, for instance for "Inconsistent filters" (more than one type from the tag, name, line filter types used).This PR make a better job to distinguish between the exceptions that can occur when loading features based on a rerun file, in order to provide better error messages.
