iAP 2014 Spring (8.0.7) 以降、リクエストログ、画面遷移ログのフォーマットにテナントIDが含まれるようになったので、この対応を行う。

V8のバージョンを、第3桁まで指定できるようにする。(version="8.0.8"など)
- version="8.0" と指定した場合は、現時点の最新アップデートバージョンと解釈する。
- デフォルトバージョンを version="8.0" に変更する。
version="8.0.7", "8.0.8" と指定した場合、デフォルトのリクエストログおよび画面遷移ログのデフォルトフォーマットを、2014 Spring 標準のものにする。
パーサパラメータ tenantId を追加する。このパラメータを追加した場合、当該のテナントIDに一致するログのみを集計する。
- 例外ログはテナントIDを識別できないため、対象外とする。
ログフォーマットにテナントIDを含む場合、レポートにテナント別統計を追加出力する。
