Describe the Bug
Running the ros2 webots importer on Python 3.10 results in the following error.
AttributeError: 'ArgumentParser' object has no attribute 'add_option'. Did you mean: '_add_action'?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run the following command ros2 run webots_ros2_importer urdf2proto

Expected behavior
It should exit on line 57 with the following print statement

Input file not specified (should be specified with the "--input" argument)
