Restructured Section 2 to continue setup from Section 1's tone and style. Added Section 3: Informational/Utilities for more detailed information.

I gave this a shot but without fully rendering in the docs I'm not sure all my formatting is complete.
I'm not sure about the terminology between "Uploads extension" Prisma Storage Extension, Results Extension, Upload Savers and others. I need to go but wanted to get this draft edits to you. That terminology inconsistency and some ::: note formatting inconsistency are my biggest worries that may exist in this draft.
I'm really not confident with forks and pull requests, so please forgive me if I have butchered this process! 🤞
