使用svm多分类，识别单字符，识别率在99.6% 训练集14万个字符，包含（A～Z，a~~z,0~~9)和无字符图片（7万） SVM 参数 -c 8.0 -g 0.125 -h 1 -b 1 -m 4000 svm 数据缩放在（0 1）需要训练集可以和我联系
