What
This PR makes it possible to charge to actual 100% on a Kia/Hyundai 64kWh battery
Why
Some users want the ability to use 100% of the battery, not 98% :)
How
We previously had the max voltage set to 407V, this resulted in 98.5% battery with 4.14V per cell for a 98S battery
With the new change to 411V max, it should be possible to reach 100%
