Corrects an issue where Mawile was not registered as a FAIRY type.
Corrects issues with Artisan Cave collisions, which could have prevented encountering certain pokemon.
Corrects an issue that prevented the Old Man in Sootopolis from continuing his dialogue.
Corrects an issue where Petalburg metatiles were being replaced with incorrect tiles.
Corrects an issue that prevented the Dojo moneybox from closing when cancelling dialogue.
Adjusted Dustox, Mewtwo, Snorlax, Chansey, Salamence, and Kadabra backsprites.
Adjusted trainer placement on route 123 to prevent sprite pop-in due to on screen limits being reached.

Trainers on the S.S. TIDAL have had their parties increased in size and level.
S.S. TIDAL Trainers now reset their flags every trip, allowing them to be rematched multiple times per day.

A POST OFFICE has been opened in Petalburg City. Once per day, you can complete a delivery for the Post Office to earn some extra cash. However, if you don't complete the delivery in the same day, your customers will be unhappy.

Partially addresses an issue in which Multi Battles in the battle tower would enter an infinite loop during their intro. Battle Backgrounds and intro should complete correctly now, but there is still currently an odd visual effect when starting these battles. As this is a known issue now, and is just a cosmetic problem that does not prevent the game from being played, this update is considered safe.

Fixes an issue where Lilycove was firing the wrong scripts on transition, preventing some events and not registering the city as visited for FLY.

Fixes an issue in Petalburg, Mossdeep, Evergrande, and Slateport which would load the wrong encounter tables based on the time of day.
