Reverts #1100
The changes in PR #1100 were merged without proper review. Much of the existing documentation was deleted by that pull request, including information about the composition of the wordlists, and deprecation warnings about their contents. The additions made to Discovery/Web-Content/URLs/README.md will be reimplemented in a future commit.
