DevTools for improve DX

I’m working on making it easier to use core features and improve the DX with DevTools for unsight.dev.

Current Tasks:

• Converting the local-dev module into a DevTools module.
• Switching the repo to a pnpm workspace.

Hi @tankosinn, could we break this up into two issues potentially? I'm going to need the project to be a monorepo as well. It should go pretty quickly and then we can all benefit from the pnpm workspace while you work on converting the local-dev module into a DevTools module.

If not, no worries, I'll create a pnpm workspace in my branch for #4 and then I can just rebase once your stuff is in. Thoughts?

Hello @nickytonline. Apologies for not being clear enough in the description. I’ve set up a basic pnpm workspace locally for development but I will wait for the your #4 branch merge before creating a PR. Thank you, and I’m following your developments for the extension!
