Stage 6 SQL Log Derived Results

About each step
- Check for stage_4 vars (just demo counts) - checks to see if stage_4 ...faers and ...laers have been run
- stage_6_sql_counts_trans.ktr - gets counts for derived data tables and puts into pentaho variables
- stage_6_sql_counts_trans_comp.ktr - gets counts derived data tables from comparison database and puts into pentaho variables
- stage_6_sql_counts_log_script.sh - outputs counts to log
