when using installed asciidoctor I got the problem that included diagrams (by macro) are not found.

Closes #161, closes #114
75ea4b0 
- creating now always a temporary file in base dir which 
  includes real one with relative path. So able to set 
  real basedir necessary for images, diagrams etc...
