Develop a minimal set of capabilities to allow the application to be downloaded & played with.

Probably to include:

• Data manager UI, with right-click operations
• Data manager persistence (automatic XML via Jackson?)
• Data Analysis View, with simple set of analyses plus overview graph
• Operation to create new chart of selection
• CSV import to Data Manager
• GPX import to Data Manager

Probably not to include:

• change/audit history
• responsive menu builder
