Is it possible to allow transformers>=4.32.1 in the requirements?

I've been forcing an override of the requirements and haven't noticed any related issues, but it would be nice to have official support.

Your request is entirely reasonable.

Even if currently we don't want to totally remove the upper bound in transformers pin for Haystack 1.x,
it might make sense to pin transformers==4.34.0 and see if the tests pass or fail...

Feel free to open a PR, if you want...
In any case, I will label this issue as "Contributions wanted".
