This adds timeouts to the http server. Don't know the infra this is run on, so maybe this is already handled by the proxy but whatever. Also the actual values for the timeouts are just guesses. I think the person running the infra (@ILiedAboutCake ?) would probably need to adjust these. Could also make these adjustable via config file.
Disclaimer: I tested, that the server starts and the websocket connection upgrade works. Nothing more.
