adding switch for ForwardAgent in ssh_config

add switch with variable: "ssh_ForwardAgent"

Thank you for your PR!

For it to be merged, we need some additional things:

• the variable should be named ssh_forward_agent
• a new option for the variable here: https://github.com/dev-sec/ansible-collection-hardening/blob/master/roles/ssh_hardening/meta/argument_specs.yml - this will then automatically get rendered into the readme. It should probably look something like this option:
