This PR adds IntoFuture impls for all async task builders, meaning
awaitcan be used without having to callcall_and_wait()first.This also required changing
*SyncCall's generic parameter to a proper associated type. This should hopefully break no one, because output types as generic parameters are difficult to generify over in the first place.
