Step by step:

1. open up the Fan, flip the pcb
2. Connect your programmer accordingly
3. open up esptool and ensure the flash size is accordingly: (in our case it is 2mb)
4. create a bin file in esphome with following code and fill in proper values for "name","friendly_name","key" :

5. after compiling the .bin file from esphome, flash it either with esptool or the esphome gui
