Thanks @benkonrath, I've rebased it but I've still got a couple of failing tests. I'll try and fix those tomorrow and re-push |

Add a command
run_localflavor_datamigrationsto handle enum changes. Also added a test project with a dummy model that is useful when testing migrations and management commands.Added a
