vmwarefusion boot2docker running docker 1.5.0

The machine virtualbox driver is installing docker 1.6.0 while the vmwarefusion driver is installing 1.5.0.

@frapposelli any chance we could get an updated vmwarefusion ISO?

Well, we were supposed to get boot2docker 1.6.0 with vmtools in it so we could switch to the mainline boot2docker release, see last @tianon comment here boot2docker/boot2docker#747

Not sure why this didn't work out.

If we can't work this out I will cut another custom iso, but I'd rather not :)

This PR will fix it and also add shared folders support #1034
