uv is an altermative to pip and offer better performance as well as being written in Rust it makes dora ecosystem in python with ruff fully rust based which increase the overall security and deployability of dora.

CI fails during the uv setup with:

error: No virtual environment found; run uv venv to create an environment, or pass --system to install into a non-virtual environment
