Remove support for System.AggressiveAttributeTrimming feature switch. #18039

Description

This PR removes support for trimming FSharp.Core attributes if aggressive attribute trimming is enabled, because .NET removed support for it in dotnet/runtime#109994.

I did not find it in the linked doc - is the feature gone for good, with no similar replacement in sight?
Or was it always considered an experiment, and is now being abandoned?

Yes, it will be eventually replaced by the trimmer automatically removing attributes that will not be queried. See also dotnet/runtime#88805 (comment).
