Description

For getting the net10 to build with the latest bits we had to add some new workloads to be installed to build net9 projects.

We need to investigate if we need or can remove this.

Version with bug

9.0.30 SR3

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this used to work in .NET MAUI

Looks like I can fix this in our workloads, but it might take a little while until it's in .NET 10 packages.
