Description of Change

Bump to Extensions to preview7

We needed a Servicing variable before, not anymore.

Hey @lewing here's where I need some help. It doesn't bring the preview 7 aspnet to that runtime version that is updated by the Android SDK.
I need to get the aspnet packages updated, here's what I tried locally:
