I was investigating adding support to the FUTDC check to ignore specific inputs/outputs. I've changed my mind about adding that feature (pushed to the
futdc-ignore-itemsbranch in my fork for posterity). This PR contains some clean up I made as part of that work.Microsoft Reviewers: Open in CodeFlow
