…update where we pick the files from. It is unfortunate that this package ships everything inside of contentfiles rather than being a regular package.

The test platform cli package changed to netcoreapp2.1. We needed to update where we pick the files from. It is unfortunate that this package ships everything inside of contentfiles rather than being a regular package.
