Thanks for making a salt state for IUS. I don't use it myself, but someone mentioned it to me. You'll need to make some changes for the new IUS CDN.

iusrepo/infrastructure#14

My salt is rusty, but high level you'll need to switch to using the new ius-release package, which is signed by a new key.
