vatz & vatz-plugin-cosmos runs on macOS(Apple Silicon M1Pro)

1. Clone and build Vatz
   • https://github.com/dsrvlabs/vatz
   • Just execute go build
   • after then ./vatz
2. Make plugin for test
   • Vatz SDK for plugin (https://github.com/dsrvlabs/vatz/tree/main/sdk)
   • Add simple log message

3. Execute vatz and vatz plugin

4. CPU Load plugin
