• Check lights that are already not working (garage and upstairs bedroom)

• Add automatic shut-off (betoneira) for the electrical grid on the entrance floor
• Finish installing lights from Lighting throughout the house #47 (comment)
• Change the timing on the automatic lights as desired (and teach us how to make this change)
• Lights in the kitchen in many rooms of the house whine when they are on
  • We went and exchanged this for a new light in March 2020 so this now needs to be installed and tested
• Define where the tubes in the entrance outside go (there are 2 for electricity) so that hole can be closed
• Definitive connections for all the taps
• Definitive connections for the urinol flushes [external dependency, see Parts missing from urinol flushes #109]
• Electricians to get us a key for the BTE cupboard
• Bottom light in basement stairwell doesn't work
• Ask about Communal area lights should only switch on when needed (dawn, dusk, nights and dark days) #137
  • Install exterior light as a test
• Exterior lights installation - depende on us buying them Varanda and external stairwell lighting #111 and Exterior lighting #61

Electricians were in the house today, doing finishing touches. A lot of #47 (comment) was also completed today.

Will check list on-site tomorrow.

Last week and this week, our electricians were here finalising things and yesterday we had our 'vistoria' (electrical survey). Pending results.

Electrical inspection passed, onto increasing the electrical capacity next.
Leaving this issue open because there are still a number of snag list items to pursue (updated list in OP as well).

The electricians will be here on the 13-Oct-2020 to deal with #63 and will be digging into this list 👍

The electricians came today and it wasn't an entirely effective visit because the majority of the time they were here, there was no electricity (as they were here for #63).

But the following was done:

• Supported the work done to increase the electrical capacity Electricity | Installing the BTE #63
• Remove two lights from the bedrooms for swapping (one was no longer working and another was making a LOT of noise)
• Put up the kitchen light we had swapped out to see if it makes less noise
• Added the cable and wiring to the plumbing re-circ box Plumbing snag list #96
• Hooked up the downstairs toilets taps to the electricity again
• Installed one of the transformers on the urinol flushes BUT this doesn't work and will need to be reviewed - however, he's confident it's an electrical issue
• Looked over the light we bought to try installing just outside the two back doors Varanda and external stairwell lighting #111 - this should work well but we might want one that's slightly less potent for the upstairs back door area because the one we have is super strong (ideal for downstairs which is really dark but quite blinding for upstairs)
  • To a certain extent, this is kind of what we want. We probably want to install the one we have downstairs first and then see what we do upstairs
• Gave us keys to the BTE cupboard

There's one thing I'm bummed I forgot to ask him to do: remove the bottom light from the basement stairwell so we could get it swapped at the same time as the other two bedroom lights we're already taking in 🤦‍♀️
