Varanda and external stairwell lighting

We must choose exterior light fittings for:

• Upstairs balcony
• Balcony outside the kitchen door
• Area outside the basement door
• Different lighting for the entrance area (might open a separate issue on this area)

The electrician has noted that he can install it before the end of the month, next time he's at the house for works.

@iteles given how many priority-2 issues are open in the backlog,
do you think this could be a priority-3 instead? 💭
Not saying I don't want to have outside lights,
just that I don't think anyone will miss them if we open the house without them ...

We've bought one light for the back door area which needs to be installed and tested (already in the backlog at #108).

We do need to also decide if we're going to try to somehow thread cable on the outside of the house (in casing) from the back door light to the pool side of the house for another flood light there as there is currently no provision for it.
