Eliminating confusion over what DWYL is and does

There have been a number of instances now where people have been really pretty confused about what dwyl is, mostly stemming from the fact that we also do paid work and training, etc as per our website.

It's time to clarify that we do a lot of different things in the readme and that the things we do to bring in some 💵 are the things that keep the 'lights on' for our open source community 💸 !
