BAC-302 Deploy LINK-USDC contracts to mainnet and add LINK-USDC to perpetual market types

  • Vanilla Perpetual (collateralized in USDC)
  • Needs a new Oracle to read from Chainlink
  • Currency Converter Proxy should be set as a global operator
