RIHA Release 7.7.3

Main changes covered in this release

• Consolidation of all updated user guides and instructions previously found at abi.riha.ee and moodle.ria.ee to abi.ria.ee/riha
• Added Google reCAPTCHA v3 protection to the feedback form at riha.ee/Tagasiside
• Data migration from vana.riha.ee to prepare for its termination
• Updated the wording of the information system general description tooltip: keywords "x-tee alamsüsteem" and "standardlahendus" are no longer relevant

Bug fixes

• Fixed a bug with the drop down menus where the selected choice would not show correctly
