@Ethan-Russell If you want to take a look at this it is in a pretty good place. I still need to add in loading the policy values from a CSV but if you have any comments on the current code please let me know.

Overall looking pretty good! A couple small things, and we can talk over in our next rewrite meeting.

Edit: Another thing I thought of.
