Plotting the popularity of research topics based on titles of accepted conference papers.
The jupyter notebook contains a simple python script which matches key words associated with a specific research topic against a list of conference paper titles. It plots the number of hits per research topic against time to give an impression about popularity and development of that topic.
The resposistory includes lists of conference paper titles of CVPR 2013-2018 and ICCV 2013-2017.
For example, for CVPR it would produce a figure like this one:
