When a project has the " Project configuration is not up-to-date with pom.xml. Select: Maven->Update Project... from the project context menu or use Quick Fix" warning, executing the java/buildWorkspace command fails because the warning is considered an error.

This error is supposed to be relabeled and downgraded to warning. See #797

This was supposed to fix the issue:
