Created security assessment summary report. According to the  eclipse-tractusx#301 (comment)

Currently diagrams are missing, will be uploaded shortly once mermaid diagrams are created.

Created PR. Documented the security assessment report. Diagrams will be added shortly.

PR was missing license headers and footer note,

We will merge the PR to another branch add the missing information and then merge it to main :)
