interface/class snippets should not be available inside method bodies

Currently, class and interface snippets are available inside method bodies, they should not. There are probably other places where you don't want to see those snippets. It all depends on the context.

IMO they should not be available also if current prefix does not match class/interface. It would be good if there is an option to disable them at all without disabling snippets support.
