Add NTP support (that include SYSTem:COMMunicate:NTP and SYSTem:COMMunicate:ENABle SCPI commands). NTP example sketch is an integral part of the Ethernet library examples (UdpNTPClient.ino). NTP also include DTS information, therefore we have to start to take account about it.

Initially we have to support DTS rules that are used in the following regions:

  • Europe
  • USA (incl. Canada)
  • Australia (incl. New Zealand)

Tested with Europe DTS. Time was changed correctly on 26 Mar 2017 at 2:00 but didn't move back on 29 Oct 2017 at 3:00.
Info about DTS adjustment should be saved into event log.
