In order to prepare the repo for outside contributions, I am removing initial tool recommendations, including initial example of an ADR.
I will in later PRs add these again individually , along with an ADR describing the considerations around the tool.
This way we show how to contribute to the repo, for people wanting to add their own thoughts down the line.
