Proof of Spacetime indicates the version and the sector size of the proof. This is used by the Storage Provider when initially starting up indicating what PoSt version it will use to submit Window PoSt proof. For the prototype we will only support 1 proof type.

An issue I am running into here is that their claimed power gets reduced when a PoSt period is missing or the PoSt is invalid. I am trying to determine how we will penalize storage providers for misbehaving with the PoSt.

We have no other option than to introduce slashing (tokens).
