What does this PR do?

It allows pushing the different variants when building Beats artifacts: the regular one and ubi8. The push will be done to the Observability-ci namespace.

Why is it important?

ubi8 images where not pushedd for PRs/snapshots to the observability-ci namespace.

Add -oss too? Though I think they are not available for all beats.

As this will add more logic to the tagAndPush method, to determine which beats has which variant, let's do it in a follow-up, as this PR just fixes the ubi8 images, which is a requirement by the E2E tests.

If that's the case then L211 should be changed otherwise it will fail.

Is there any place where the list of beats that support ubi8?

We are going to trigger the tests for those parts affected by the
elastic-agent, filebeat, or metricbeat, because those are the ones we
verify  in the e2e-testing suite

* chore: do not include heartbeat

* fix: use relative path

* chore: use proper target branch name for PRs

* chore: use different tag

* fix: use proper env variable

We are going to trigger the tests for those parts affected by the
elastic-agent, filebeat, or metricbeat, because those are the ones we
verify  in the e2e-testing suite
