Makes the content shared so that users don't need to jump to the Platform Ref if they are simply importing a dashboard for one Beat. This PR addresses the issues identified in #1943 and tracked in the doc meta issue #2482.
I'm just using the image from libbeat right now. I realize that the screen captures need to be replaced. I'll do that in another PR.
@monicasarbu I've added a "Known Doc Issue" note because I realized that the steps are broken for alpha users. Let me know if you think this note is sufficient. Of course, I'll remove all the notes like this before GA.
