This PR reverts #104468 and re-introduce the support for
cluster_featuresin YAML tests.Support for
cluster_featureswas provisionally removed while we talked to the Clients team, that shares the YAML format for some of their tests, but via different test runners. We now have the green light to proceed with this changes.
