Kibana version: 7.13

When going to setup instructions for the APM agent, a generic setup information is displayed when running in cloud.
Cloud APM Server and credentials should be embedded in the setup instructions like for the rest of the agents.

Good catch @alvarolobato. We're aiming to fix this for 7.14 - looks like a low-hanging fruit.
