Kibana version:

VERSION: 8.7.1

Describe the bug:

Accroding to the Official Doc：Use a proxy server with Elastic Agent and Fleet：

Support is available in Elastic Agent and Fleet for connections through HTTP Connect (HTTP 1 only) and SOCKS5 proxy servers.

when I trying to add a proxy with SOCKS5 proxy url, it show that the url is invalid：

Seems to be a simple fix to allow this protocol to pass input validation. We should check that the fix is applied to everywhere we accept a proxy URL.
