The tooltip on the map gets cut off on the Map edge or by any controls that overlay it, e.g. the layer control.

This can be especially a problem on dashboards, when the map is smaller. As a comparison, for other visualizations, the tooltip expands beyond the bounds of the visualization.

Does this mean tooltips will stop using mapbox tooltips and just EUI tooltips?
