Dark theme cleanup

Just loaded the dark theme for the first time by checking out the feature/design branch... is lack of dark theming on the paging elements and tilemap controls a known issue?

When switching from dark to light (e.g. to edit visualization), dashboard first flickers to light. Same when using the back button, visualization first flickers to dark.

Is the vertical bar in legend intentionally gray?
