Create separate scripts for watching and generating coverage reports. * Fix appearance of kuiButtons with icons throughout Kibana, by adding a flexbox wrapper. * Improve accessibility of kuiButtonIcon. * Remove disabled attribute from KuiLinkButton. * Remove kuiButton-isDisabled class from KuiButton and KuiSubmitButton.
