[Request] Update Filebeat module steps to reflect all filesets being disabled by default

Description

Starting in 8.0.0, filesets in Filebeat modules will be disabled by default. This means that in addition to enabling the module, users will need to explicitly edit the config and enable the filesets they want to use.

We need to do a thorough review of the documentation across various teams to make sure we update all example configs and steps that show how to run modules.

Here's a list of things we know need to be reviewed and possibly updated:

• Update the Kibana in-product instructions on the Add Data pages and make it clear that users need to enable filesets explicitly. Fixed in Update Filebeat tutorials to instruct users to enable filesets kibana#137803
• Update the shared file here and make it clear that users need to enable filesets explicitly.
• Add info about this change to the breaking changes documentation for 8.0.0.
• Update any tutorials in the observability guide that show module configs. No changes required.
• Update the stack getting started. NO LONGER EXISTS
• Check the cloud and logstash docs to see if they have steps for using Filebeat modules.

Collaboration

• The docs team will lead producing the content
• The product team will provide the initial content and the docs team will edit / review
• The docs team will define with product team the structure and location, and the product team will provide the initial content
