Allows users to transition from matrix.org to nope.chat allowing users to increase file size limit per file by 5 times.

Transitions default homeserver from matrix.org to nope.chat to allow users to increase file size limit by 5 times plus the nope.chat homeserver does not occasionaly freeze like matrix.org which does freeze sometimes unexpectedly.
